Eric Boyko

Eric Boyko, CGA is co-founder and president (since 2007) of Stingray Digital. He founded eFundraising.com, Corp. in 1991 and was its president until recently. A graduate from McGill University, Mr. Boyko has a specialization in accounting and became a certified general accountant in 1997. Winner of the Top 40 under 40 prize for 2006, he is a member of the board of directors of the Montreal Development Program, the Business Development Bank of Canada, the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) and the Montreal Economic Institute. He is President of the Quebec chapter of YPO.

François-Charles Sirois
Telesystem

Mr. Francois-Charles Sirois is currently President of Telesystem Ltd., a Canadian private corporation devoted to the creation, acquisition, financing and management of companies in the field of information and communication technologies (ICTs) around the world. He is also currently a director of not only Telesystem Ltd., but Zone 3 Inc., Stingray Digital, iPerceptions Inc. and Plexo Inc. as well.

Pascal Tremblay
Novacap

M. Tremblay is a General Partner at Novacap, a private equity firm. Prior to joining Novacap in 2003, Mr. Tremblay was a Partner at Argo Global Capital where he participated in numerous investments in technology and telecommunications companies in North America, Europe and Asia. His prior experience also includes working in the private equity division at CDP Capital (Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec), Canada's largest fund manager and private equity investor. Mr. Tremblay is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ryma and LiquidXstream and serves on the boards of Stingray Digital, Tenrox inc., ViXS Systems Inc. and of Canada's Venture Capital & Private Equity Association.

L. Jacques Ménard, O.C., O.Q.
BMO Financial Group, Quebec

Mr. Ménard is Chairman, BMO Nesbitt Burns and President, BMO Financial Group, Quebec. Mr. Ménard is currently a director of Claridge Inc., the Montreal Heart Institute, the Montreal Symphony Orchestra, the Montreal Alouettes, the Institute for Research on Public Policy, the Trudeau Foundation, the McDonald Stewart Foundation and the Fondation du Dr. Julien. He is Chairman of Fusion Jeunesse and is Vice-Chair of the Task Force on Financial Literacy created by the Minister of Finance of Canada.

Mr. Ménard is Deputy Chancellor of Concordia University and is a member of the Task Force on Competitiveness, Productivity and Economic Progress of the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. He is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Institute of Corporate Directors (Quebec chapter) and a Board Associate of the Institute of Research on Public Policy, and sits on the International Advisory Board of HEC Montréal and the Advisory Board of Glendon College at York University.
